Divided by a common party wall, these two attached 1905 semis were completely gutted, with new slabs placed to lower floors and the upper levels extended with an additional storey.
Working with the client's Interior Designer the result was a beautiful mix of federation and contemporary styling. To achieve this OPL was also required to maintain strict adherence to all BCA fire and multi living requirements.
