Open Plan Living has worked with GDB Architecture as the builder on two residential projects over the last four years. These projects consist of alterations and additions to quality residences at Manly and Bronte, NSW.
Throughout both projects, Open Plan Living has taken a professional approach to the Building Procurement Processes. In my opinion, Open Plan Living is a cohesive team with a client-focused attitude from Management level down to Site Labourer. The quality of the work and finishes within each of the completed projects can only be described as faultless and exceptional.
Both of my projects were carried out with particular care by management, site staff and subcontractors to the satisfaction of my office and my very discerning clients. Managing Director, John Davis and senior Open Plan Living foreman, Brook Hammond are what I would describe as 'solutions' focused individuals. They have never appeared to stray away from their mission of delivering a quality project and keeping the client happy at all times.
Open Plan Living's project and construction management office systems are without a doubt some of the most sophisticated I have seen in my 13 years experience in the industry.
